Whether you are on a family holiday, short break, or looking to stay for months our Marigold Home Stay at The British Colonial town of Shimla Hills and the Exotic Marigold Home Stay in a small village of the Kanga valley near Dharamshala offers Quality accommodation, home cooked food, friendly and peaceful environment, warm hospitality and comfort is all part of the experience when staying at our home stay properties. During your stay with us, you won’t just observe and learn about life in the India but we encourage you to actively take part in daily family activities. Live with the local people and if interested learn how to make traditional food, cheese, yoghurt, tea or join the culinary classes. You can visit the local school help the children learn or just visit them to interact with them, host will do the Heena designs on your hands, wear the local costumes, explore local temples and monasteries, enjoy nature walks, interacting with local people, exploring the local markets are some of the highlights of these interesting home stay experience in India with us.

After much consideration and encouragement from our clients, we are very proud to announce a new venture to expand the choice of housing and support provision also at our homes stays for people aged 60 plus, who can come to our home stay and use it as a retirement home in India, with assisted living for seniors where our family take care of you. We believe that it is our duty to care for our elders responsibly, to treat them with dignity, and to provide them with the highest level of care possible. We provide a supportive atmosphere, attention, and a calendar full of activities as per your interest to ensure each resident is socially engaged to things like voluntary teaching in a local school, helping in the garden, managing the farm, helping in the household things, help the family to buy daily needs items from local market or to keep yourself busy with exercise, yoga and meditation. Yoga teacher is available for the people staying for 02 months or more.

We serve nutritious and delicious Indian meals, snacks and tea. We also provide regular housekeeping and laundry services. If needed we hire, trained local people to take care of you also ensure professional standards of healthcare, hygiene, nutrition and security. Monthly outing day tours provide to the people who are staying for long periods with the family and special rates are offered to such people who are staying for long periods over a month to six months.
