Payments

For booking of our home stays and other related services, certain amount of advance payment should be made in advance. This amount will be used to make arrangements of your stay and transportation.

"Management personnels" hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service and the time left for the commencement of the service. This all we discuss with you during your stay planning with us.

Apart from above in some cases may require a higher deposit or even full payment at their discretion, especially during the peak season. Bookings specially during the peak season (X-Mas and New Year), full payment may be required to be sent in advance.

For Booking:

30% of the amount initial to book home stay before 28 days of stay.

Rest of the Balance 70% payment should be completed on arrival and the very first day of the stay in Cash or by online payment Mode, but definitely before the commencement of the home stay services.

Note: The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 18 hours of successful booking. The booking vouchers will be only provided after we received the final payment by due date. The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 70% payment is not received, before the date of stay. If payments are delayed without notification or adequate reason, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled retaining the deposit.


Cancellation of a Booking

While cancellation - the motive of Marigold Home Stay, is to provide the maximum refund back to the clients, which is possible to get back after all cancellations regarding the booking. Cancellation of a confirmed booking must be made by the client in writing, whatsApp or by email, to Marigold Home Stay +919805051102, booking@exoticmarigoldhome.com, and funds will be reimbursed as follows:

Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day - Monday.


General Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation 30 days prior the date of stay - 15% cancellation charges + any amount that we can't get refund after the cancellations.**

Cancellation 29 - 19 days prior the date of stay - 30% cancellation charges + any amount that we can't get refund after the cancellations.**

Cancellation 18 - 08 days prior the date of stay - 60% cancellation charges + any amount that we can't get refund after the cancellations.**

Cancellation 07 - 04 days prior the date of stay – 80% Cancellation charges + any amount that we can't get refund after the cancellations.**

Less Than 04 days – No Refunds**

"No Show" - Do not qualify for any refunds - No Alterations and No Refunds back.

Note: In case you cancel the booking of home stay after commencement of the stay, no refund would be eligible to be made.

For unused accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc., we do not bear any responsibility to refund. All bookings for the X-Mas and New Year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is non-refundable.


Price Guarantee and Alteration of the Booking

The price of your holiday is fully guaranteed and is not subject to any surcharges. The price guarantee applies to complete holidays bought from us and does not cover the purchase of individual items such as airline tickets / train tickets or any other items that are not booked with us. There are no hidden costs or extra’s in our home stay prices.

Where the change is due to circumstances beyond our control amounting to force majeure, such as weather conditions, road blockage, snow fall, technical problems, civil disorder, decisions by governments or other associations, etc., we will offer comparable alternative arrangements.

You wish to alter your programme after the booking has been accepted for any reason; it would be altered only if, it is possible to alter the tour. Changing the date of departure, alteration of the stay will entail a charge of 1000 per adult and 500 per child below 12 years. Any request for alteration, once the stay has begun, will be treated sympathetically but we cannot guarantee that it can be made. Any cost incurred in making such alterations may cost extra and has to bear by clients directly.


General Terms and Conditions

Prices are Valid for the period shown but are subject to change without notice in the event of Government action, hike of taxes / GST, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

The stay is subject to favourable weather and road conditions the advance bookimg amount paid will not be refunded / not to be adjusted in the event of unfavourable weather or road conditions. Any change in accomodation after stay will be chargebale.

Due to any circumstances, if you want to checkout before checkout date you will not be refunded with any unused part of the amount.

No Refunds will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals or any other activities / services due to bad weather, ill health, strikes, political rallies, road blockage or any other factors beyond our controls. Such unused items are neither refundable, nor exchangeable and non transferable.

Check in /Check Out Time, as per the home stay Policies, early check in or late check out may cost extra's.

Meals Timings must be followed as per instruction given by the home stay.

When you receive the Booking confirmation Vouchers please check the Name and Other details carefully. Inform us immediately, if you found anything incorrect concerned to your final bookings. Names on travel documents must exactly match as per in details of your government id's, passport or any other identity proof.

We shall not be responsible for any delays and alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, missing of flights, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.

All guests will be responsible for the safety and security of their own luggage. We will not be at all responsible for the damage/missing / lost luggage. All baggage and personal property / belongings at all times are at the client's risk.

We do not have or provide any travel or any other kind of insurance policy covering the expenses for client's accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. If required clients are advised to seek such travel insurance arrangements themselves.
